Every time you come into the facility you will be coached. Unlike every gym you know we require that you work with a trainer. The fact is that quality coaching helps get better results and prevents injury. You won't ever be alone in your training as there will always be a fellow Spartan and trainer to work and motivate you.

There are 3 levels of The Spartan 300. We don't expect someone who has not trained in years, if ever, to jump straight in the deep end. So, level one will ease you in SLOWLY. As this is geared towards an absolute, out of shape beginner.
But after a certain number of time on level 1, you'll make the jump to level 2, this will be a truly inspiring time as you see you're fitness and body shape changing dramatically.
Then after this there is level 3. Some reach this lofty peak, many fall by the wayside, this is the elite athlete, the winner, the determined THE SPARTAN!

TOP 3 REASONS THE GYM DOES NOT WORK:
NO MOTIVATION - Going by yourself to the gym is simply not motivating... especially as the weeks and months start rolling by... assuming you last months before being sucked dry of any will power and quitting.
BORING - Boredom and Motivation are cousins. After a month, all the cool machines and weights at the gym are no longer so cool or neat... there are only so many ways to climb a stair master or run on a treadmill... it is LAME... and you are paying money for it! But at least you can watch the soap operas on the TVs with the subtitles...
NO DIRECTION - Going to the gym without active goals is like trying to cook a meal without the recipe... just because you have the ingredients, doesn't mean the food is going to come out good!
