What Are They?

Advance Programs for BJJ, for those wanting to move up in the ranks, each program will go through the needs of the individual and what it is they need to do to reach their goal of the next belt. There is no time limit on these courses, as times will vary for each individual.

Each individual enrolled on these programs will receive A training manual linked to their level.

Blue Belt Program - For White Belts looking to progress to the next level.

The focus of the Blue Belt will be:

Posture

Escapes

BJJ Rules

Positional Dominance

The cost for enrollment is separate to membership fee's. Set up costs, Manual etc = £25

Class prices are separate to membership fees. Per class £5

Purple Belt Program - For Blue Belts looking to progress to the next level.

The focus of the purple Belt will be:

Guard Passing

Reversals / Sweeps

Individual Game

Scoring

Base

No member is forced to attend these classes and should consider these classes as a type of extra home work for their BJJ.

You will still be able to attain your next level grades, by attending regular classes, These classes are more detailed and aimed at a smaller group of people, people who want more than regular training.
