The sessions help me keep in shape and each time i am able to reaffirm my knowledge of techniques learnt previously, be shown new techniques and practise sparring in a controlled environment.
Once there I was hooked and even though I now have a lot more work and family commitments and can't train with the dedication I would like, after a 2 year break I was welcomed back with open arms.
Steve lets you work at your own pace and inside your own comfort zone but still get 100% out of the lesson
