Our Woman Only Fitness & Defence, is a brand new, exclusive class at Brazilian Top Team Norwich.
This class will take you through the demanding fitness routines of a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter getting you in amazing shape.
Then learn the techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Self Defence. Based on leverage and technique, rather than speed and power, this makes BJJ the perfect art for dealing with bigger, stronger and more aggressive attackers.
Learn how to easily and effectively escape common attacks and hold such as:-
Grabs from front, side and behind.
Someone trying to hit you.
Attacker pinning you on the ground.
Attacker grabbing your head, hair, wrist or clothing.
Attacker sitting on your chest.

The class is for women only looking to lose the extra pounds and get in the best shape of your life, while learning simple effective self defense techniques, proven in real life situations for over 80 years.
