This level of competition wins is repeated since we first opened a Norfolk school back in 2003. We don't just say we do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we lead the way from Norfolk To Europe. Our Team came second overall from the amount of wins at the British BJJ Championships in June 2009.
Our schools has a resident BJJ Black Belt who is the head coach for Norfolk - Steve Cowan, with our team leaders Ze Marcello & Xandinho making regular monthly visits to our school.
Our school Started in 2003 after Steve Cowan Won at the Gracie European Invitational Competition, since this time we have trained Pro MMA fighters to those just wanting to improve their BJJ Skills.
